Valley Hi is an established southeast Colorado Springs neighborhood that offers something many buyers are looking for: a central location, mature neighborhoods, access to everyday conveniences, and homes that can offer a different value proposition than newer construction farther north or east.

Located near Academy Boulevard and Highway 24, Valley Hi provides convenient access to downtown Colorado Springs, the Powers Corridor, I-25, Fort Carson, and Peterson Space Force Base.

Homes in and around Valley Hi are primarily established properties, with many built decades ago rather than during Colorado Springs' recent construction boom.
