Wasson is an established central Colorado Springs neighborhood offering something you don't get in many of the city's newer communities: mature trees, older homes with character, established streets, and a location that puts you close to just about everything.

Located near Academy Boulevard and not far from Palmer Park, Wasson can be worth exploring if you want a central location without needing a brand-new house or master-planned community.
