Stetson Hills is one of those Colorado Springs areas that just makes everyday life convenient. Located on the east side of Colorado Springs near the Powers Corridor, it offers established neighborhoods, parks, trails, mountain views, and quick access to shopping, restaurants, schools, and military installations.

Unlike some of the newer master-planned communities farther east, Stetson Hills is largely established, giving buyers the opportunity to find mature landscaping, finished neighborhoods, and resale homes without feeling like they're living in the middle of a construction zone.

Homes in Stetson Hills include everything from smaller single-family homes and townhomes to larger properties with finished basements, multiple living spaces, and generous backyards.

Many homes were built during the area's major growth in the late 1990s and 2000s, so buyers can often get newer-style floor plans without paying the premium that may come with brand-new construction.

As with any established neighborhood, condition matters. Roofs, HVAC systems, windows, sewer lines, and previous improvements can vary significantly from one home to another, making a thorough inspection especially important.

The Powers Corridor puts restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, medical facilities, gyms, and everyday shopping within minutes. Residents also have easy access to neighborhood parks, walking and biking trails, and nearby open spaces.

Stetson Hills provides a suburban neighborhood feel without requiring a long drive every time you need groceries or decide Target is suddenly an emergency. 😂

Schools
Stetson Hills is primarily served by Falcon School District 49, although school assignments depend on the specific property.

School boundaries can change, so buyers should always verify current school assignments directly with the applicable school district before purchasing.

Military & PCS Relocation
Stetson Hills is frequently considered by military buyers because of its east Colorado Springs location and access to Peterson Space Force Base and Schriever Space Force Base.
