Springs Ranch is generally served by Falcon School District 49, although exact school assignments depend on the property's address.

Because school boundaries and assignments can change, buyers should always verify the current elementary, middle, and high schools associated with a specific home directly with District 49 before purchasing.

Springs Ranch can be worth considering for military buyers because of its east Colorado Springs location and access to Peterson Space Force Base and Schriever Space Force Base.
